Our high voltage electric transformer has many categories. For example, a 20MVA transformer with input voltage of 50 KV、60KV、69KV. Our high voltage electric transformer with reasonable structure layout, with good appearance, performance and quality, low noise and low loss.

 

1)The core joints are of stepped shape with 5steps, and the surface of the core is coated with cured paint to lower losses and noise.

 

2)Winding adopts mature structure, which ensure the reliability of transformer operation. Its insulation structure helps enhance its mechanical strength and the short circuit withstanding ability.

 

3)Body adopts mature insulation structure, and strictly guarantee the main axial insulation margin. Body mostly adopt multi-coil whole assembly, processed in constant voltage and evaporation, which made coil shrink evenly and with less renounce, and enhance the electric strength and mechanical strength.
