SCOTECH delivered two units of 7270 KVA rectifier transformer to Congo in 2015, the rated power of the transformer is 7270 KVA, we designed two 2*3635 KVA transformers in one tank with interphase transformers, they are 3/12 pulse rectifier transformers and equipped with oil pump and cooling fans as cooling system.
The oil type rectifier transformer is widely used in electrolysis process, traction, variable speed drive, smelting and many other industrial applications where dc power is needed. Rectifier system normally including oil filled rectifier transformer, diodes or thyristors, voltage regulation may also be included. we can supply different kind of design, 6 pulse, 12 pulse ,24 pulse, phase-shifting design.

Transformer Features：
1、Save equipment space. Each three-phase three-pillar core package has more than two sets of high and low voltage coil, which can be operated by single group or various groups.
2、The transformer has two or more sets of low voltage coils, each group of which can be used alone or in parallel. There is a big short-circuit impedance between each coil.
3、Usually applied in steel mills AC to AC variable frequency motor or connected a DC motor after rectified.

It depends on the quantity and capacity of the transformer, normally within one month since the date drawing confirmed by buyer.
