Product Introduction
This 6.3 MVA 33 KV oil immersed transformer was delivered to Zimbabwe in 2017 via an South Africa Company, the cooling method of the transformer is ONAN(oil natural air natural) and this 6300 KVA tranfo with OLTC was supposed to be used in a substation for mining company, but the 33KV line voltage from the power grid is not stable, it jumps from 26 to 40kv frequently, so we designed this 33KV to 33KV OLTC transformer to regulate the primary voltage to get an stable 33KV output voltage.

What is three main parts of a power transformer?
● Primary winding-which produce magnetic flux when it is connected to an electrical source
● Magnetic core-the magnetic flux produced by the primary winding, that will pass through this low reluctance path linked with secondary winding and create a closed magnetic circuit.
● Secondary winding-The flux, produced by primary winding, passes through the core, will link with the secondary winding. This winding also wounds on the same core and gives the desired output of the transformer.
