Product Introduction
This 300 KVA transformer was delivered to Chad in 2019. the rated power of the transformer is 300 KVA. It is a Step-down transformer 11KV to 0.415KV, the primary voltage is 11kv, the secondary voltage is 415v. It is a hermetically sealed transformer without conservator. This transformer can effectively prevent oil deterioration and insulation aging and enhance operation reliability. Our 300 KVA distribution transformer was designed with advanced technology and adopts high quality material and components which result in reliable quality and long operation time.

The function of tap changer
Ensure that the voltage of the power network changes within a reasonable range. The tap changer generally taps from the high-voltage winding. Because the high-voltage side current is small, the lead cross-sectional area and the contact surface of the tap switch can be reduced, reducing the volume of the tap switch.

Packing and Delivery
Notes for switching tap changer:
1. Power off the transformer before switching and take safety measures.
2. Three phases must be switched at the same time and in the same first gear.
3. Switch back and forth several times, and finally cut to the desired gear to prevent the contact effect from being affected by the oxidation film.
4. Three-phase DC resistance shall be measured after switching.
