SCOTECH delivered 5 units of 10 MVA VPI dry type transformers to Canada in 2016, the rated power of the transformer is 10000 KVA. the primary voltage of the transformer is 24.94 KV and secondary voltage is 4.16 KV. We designed 115℃ temperature rise and H class insulation which can suffer 220℃ max temperature, the dry type transformers are equipped with winding temperature indicator, pad absorbers, grounding connectors, seismic absorbers, heating system, fan and controller, lighting arresters, CTs, enclosure. Our 10 MVA Dry Type Transformer was designed with advanced technology and adopts high quality material and components which result in reliable quality and long operation time.

Built-in PT100 probes in 3 phase windings to detect the real-time temperature of windings and cycle display them in the digital screen.

Open circuit alarm and fault self-check alarm display and signal output.

3 stages automatically actions while the temperature reached to the set value, 1st stage the cooling fans start automatically, 2nd stage high temperature alarm,3rd stage over temperature trip.

Fans manual/auto control switch, timing start/stop, history data output.

Use conditions

1. The ambient temperature shall be 75℃≥ -40℃.

2. The industrial gas passing through the cooling fan is not allowed to have strong acid, strong alkali, and various solutions.

3. Dust and other sundries are not allowed to fall into the fan, so as not to cause the fan to burn down and the fan blade to break.

Generally, trailers are used to transport by road, but the general transport speed is not more than 15km/h, and the other road surface is not more than 10km/h.
