Product Introduction
This 1.5 MVA distribution transformer was delivered to South Africa in 2020, the rated power of the transformer is 1500 KVA. This 150 KVA Step Down transformer 11kv to 6.6kv, the primary voltage is 11kv, the secondary voltage is 6.6kv. This is a Delta Wye Transformer, the high voltage use delta connection, and the low voltage use star connection. Our 1.5 MVA power transformer was designed with advanced technology and adopts high quality material and components which result in reliable quality and long operation time.

1.5 MVA 11/6.6KV Transformer Conservator
Transformer conservator function:
The conservator is divided into conventional conservator and corrugated conservator. When the volume of transformer oil expands or shrinks with the rise and fall of oil temperature, the oil pillow plays the role of oil storage and oil filling to ensure that the oil tank is always filled with oil. The volume of the oil pillow is generally 8% ~ 10% of the total oil content of the transformer.

When should the transformer stop running?
1. The internal noise of the transformer is very loud and there is a burst sound
2. The oil temperature is more than 10 ℃ higher than normal
3. Fuel injection in conservator or safety airway
